The service is SUPER SLOW. Additionally :
I was having lunch at The Loaf Pavilion on 25/8/20 with my mum and my siblings. After we finished eating we stayed a little longer, because my mum is going through a hard time. It was a serious discussion between a mother and her kids. It was a very emotional lunch session too and I hardly see her because of work. But one of the waitresses came to us abruptly and handed us the bill. She asked for the payment because she said we were there for quite some time. Indeed we were there for some time, I would say close to two hours, but there was hardly anyone around. There were empty seats by the numbers. The store was also hardly near closing time. Her actions rendered me to have a little argument but was stopped by my mum. I think she told her manager about it and the manager came to watch all of us after the incident. We paid and left immediately after.
Another incident happened on 1/9/20 where my colleagues were having lunch and ordered take away. The take away was not even made and they were only informed about it when they were about to pay the bill. When my colleagues told the waitress to cancel the order, she said she can not do that and made my colleagues waited longer till the take away is made.
