As we arrived, we found parking to be quite easy - they have a very large parking lot, but it gets full in the evening, as it’s shared with the casino and events center. Rooms were quite clean (other than a hair in our bed that wasn’t ours), and they were well stocked with the usual towels and soaps. The bed was quite comfortable, however it was very soft, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you need a more firm / supportive sleep. The Google cast in the room didn’t work, which was a little annoying. Most staff were quite friendly but I didn’t find that any of them went the “extra mile.” We called the front desk and asked when the pool closed and we were told 11. Later, we asked someone else at the front desk if the pool had towels, which they “thought” that it did. We came down to go for a quick swim at 10 and were told that we couldn’t swim because you had to book it in advance. Nowhere in any of our communications with staff or during check in were we informed of this, which is extremely frustrating. The shower had a half door, which was a little weird - I’ve never seen that in a hotel and the floor outside got pretty wet. Old room service plates were left outside doors on our floor for 8+ hours, which seems strange in my opinion. In terms of the casino, it was quite nice and there were a good amount of game options. Blackjack dealers and bartenders were friendly, as well. All in all, I think that if you’re on a business trip and need a quick place to sleep, it wouldn’t be a bad option in terms of price, but if you’re looking for something with good amenities / things to do, I’d look elsewhere.
