There is one particular RELA staff that is very rude and unprofessional. Shes always on her phone and very far from being friendly. She wears hijab, and uses spectacles. I hope she read this post and improve her hospitality towards people. And please send the food to patient/caretaker faster please. we waited for 5 hours for the Rela staff to deliver our food. Plus, HQE needs to repair their lift! So troubling.
