Re: Englewood, NJ I-95 through Cross Creek Condos
Hi, Frank. It appears that Waze is only routing there when the destination is within Cross Creek. It is never routing drives all the way through to Sheffield/Broad and beyond. We could change this so even destinations within Cross Creek always route through the main entrance. That would always provi...

Re: Englewood, NJ I-95 through Cross Creek Condos
Thank you, Frank. I will check it out. The best way to post information is to include a PermaLink to the Waze map editor for that location, but I will work without that for now. Feel free to ask questions.

Re: New road type alley
Hi, APettyJ, I agree with your assessment that in use, the alley type might work better for some on-the-ground configurations than for others. Please bear in mind: 1) We are advising AGAINST its use in the USA at this time 2) Best now to make assumptions about the size of the penalty A concern menti...

Re: [Page Update] Junction Style Guide/Interchanges Topic is solved
As discussed on chat, constructive criticsm coming ahead, but I like the overall decisions. Careful with casing, per standards. Article name and section titles should be "sentence cased," i.e., generally contain only one capital letter unless subsequent words are proper nouns, so the link ...

[Page Update] Best map editing practices - parking lots
Page: https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Best_map_editing_practice#Parking_Lots Purposes: The " facing parking lots " section 2.9.4 applies to all the three other sections, but could easily be missed. In other words, an editor may read through the Shopping Center section, think he's got ...

Re: [Page Update] TIO: Continue
I'm OK with holding off on the refactoring. But usable guidance is critical. Think problem solving, and how reading the article helps direct a situation - does or doesn't get a junior/experienced editor to know what to do, or senior editors (SM+ type) to confirm the guidance they have in their heads...

Re: [Page Update] TIO: Continue
The entire page needs some cleanup. The structure is not very conducive to understanding the individual instructions. I'm also debating whether we need information about using them in exception cases that need SM/RC input.

Re: Standards for Naming Townships in NJ
They have to be correct almost every time for the user. Develop a rule that does that, I'm on board.

Re: Chatham NJ - two roads with same name.
I get different results on the Waze client (app), on Android. The non-zip code searches are direct Waze results. I get the two locations, like you. The zip code searches are going to Google. They find the same two places, as the Waze results, and also find 3 fuzzy place matches much further northeas...
