Re: Lost all points - from 600,000 to Zero after in India Topic is solved
Waze is split into three areas. US/Canada, World, Israel. Points acquired in one area do not show up in other area. Check your points here https://www.waze.com/dashboard/ https://www.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=124043 https://www.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=119180 Thanks! That...

My wazer name is Majumdar, logged on my usual phone, albeit with a Vodafone SIM.
logged on OK, but all my points are gone and I am at baby wazer... (normally Royal Wazer.
Any ideas? Sent support logs from app.

Re: Facebook rumored to be buying GPS app Waze for upto$1bil
The worst possible news for Waze and Wazers. As a bleeding edge early adopter who joined Waze and began map editing in Canada before even base maps & satellite overlays - yes, literally on a blank screen based on my own driven tracks - I would seriously question continue sharing effort and data ...

Re: Android 3.5.1.4 official feedback thread
My first key impression: Waze is FINALLY stable when running in the background .... every version prior to the 3.4.x beta / 3.5.x releases would crash if I would switch to another mobile app for more than 15-20 seconds. Now it stays running for essentially the entire drive - which is on average betw...

Re: Re: NA Editor down?
Yeah, from my POV anything involving adding a new segment id in the database is borked. That means new segments, joining segments (deleting junction), splitting a segment with another. These all cause WME to assign a temporary negative ID number, but upon saving is failing. +1 Highly unstable editi...

Re: Re: waze for blackberry.
I literally don't know anyone who prefers BlackBerry over either iOS or Android and I work in a department of 50 that have both. I'm also fairly certain all the evidence points towards BB numbers falling, let alone market share. As soon as the enterprise solutions on iOS and Android improve or BYOD...

Re: NA Editor down?
OK, clarification, the loading of elements is much faster, but the issues about being unable to select roads or only certain roads (or other map elements like problem reports) remain.

Re: NA Editor down?
I think the status message was for the NA server for routing & client mapping... not the editor. It's now 20:49 EDT and still issues; the pages & layers (roads, aerials, etc) load lightning fast, but still issues selecting streets. Some select properly, others don't. Not sure what's going on...

Re: NA Editor down?
status page is now reporting that NA services are back but the INTL editor is down. No direct mention of the NA editor in any of the 3 status messages. Had a quick look, since I don't really have time to edit now, but the NA Editor is certainly very slow to load elements (especially roads) and, onc...

Re: Unlock Request: Boucherville, QC, Canada
Strange, I'm a level 4 AM and that's definitely in my area yet I can't unlock that segment ... despite it having been locked by a level 3 user.
Unless I'm missing something about locking & permissions levels...
