I'm not a local editor, but I did take a look.  The location is not actually in Waze.  It is a Google Maps location.  Here is the direct link.  I have submitted an edit to them reporting the location is permanently closed.  You can do the same.

Are you using CarPlay?  And the map is displayed on the console but your phone is only displaying the turn by turn?

Also, the entrance is set up to prohibit anyone from entering there.

Right now the allowed entrances are via Bel Air Drive (@ Joe Brown Dr) and Vegas Valley Dr (@ Maryland Pkwy).
 

What change are you trying to make? Is that exit from the neighborhood available to all drivers? Is it closed for some reason?

You can also submit a report using the app at the point of the issue.  This would allow a local editor to respond directly.

Yes. The closure to McVicar from Fortunado to Grand is in place.

Morning Song Drive is the connection of that development to Grand. It's visible on county GIS.
