I am now getting two voices - both female - both reading road names.

They almost work in tandem.

It is as if one is teaching the other - very odd!

 

Of course there may be additional signage either erected now or on the road itself.

 

Also does the green light show as an arrow? 

The other direction has road markings. 

I am on my phone, so haven't battled with GSV to see a wider picture. 
 

What does it say to the left of that?

I would expect a turn left only marking on the road along with other signage.
