Re: Alleys to access driveways
Unless something changed recently, alleys are Parking Lot roads, not Private roads. Private roads are to be used where the roads are restricted in regard to who can drive on them - military bases, gated communities, etc. Anyone is free to drive in the alley, so it's a Parking Lot road. There is alwa...

Re: Map editing should NOT get you the most points!
The point scheme needs to be overhauled and split between editing and driving in my opinion and changed so it's just rank or level. I couldn't agree more, however, I already see the new threads titled "Professional truck driving should NOT get you the most points!". I think Waze could mak...

Re: Impossible Points
I also agree it is UNFAIR that map editing account for that much points. There are people who aren't always on their computers, they have a busy(actual) life, and reporting road hazards, police, etc is enough for their life. Not spending 12/7 on Waze.com map editing to spend that time. Obviously, e...

Re: Naming Parking Lot Segments
One downside of not naming parking lot is that the turn into the parking lot will be announced as the name of the last segment, which is very confusing. You drive from "Street A" into a parking lot and the turn into the is marked as "Street A". Maybe Waze could consider some wor...

Re: Editor performance issues
I am having issues loading Bing Aerials layer. Most of time it comes through as a pink background instead of aerial images.

Re: Is there a limit on edits per day?
Yes, I agree of course, but if I am going to neglect my wife and kids I better have some Waze points to show for itxteejx wrote:Quality, not quantity is generally the best way to edit and gain points

Re: Is there a limit on edits per day?
Thanks all. This must have been my problem with not getting credits for all my work. I often get carried away and will have 300+, 400+, even 500+ edits before saving them (even though sometime I get the error while saving).
