Yes to the new development, there is a Waitrose, Costa, Aldi etc. but haven't yet found a mapped layout.to confirm the road; I do know that it's called Henry Blake Way but still looking. Will stay aware.

Not routeable but responding to UR (Inspired guesswork!!!)

It actually seems to be a very inaccurate GPS associated with further along the A320 going into Chertsey.
Hesitant about treading on Chris's toes but maybe I could steal 'NI' point!
