Re: What's wrong with the Petrol Prices feature in the Clien
Did you set a route first? It will find stations along your route only if you search as a stop point while you have an active route. Yes thanks, got the hang of it now. I did have a route set, but then I was asking for petrol stations as a fresh "navigate to" rather than as "add a st...

Re: Using Landmarks for Railways
When I worked in IT, I learnt that mis-recording data for temporary convenience such as working around a system problem has a habit of causing bigger problems later. So on principle, I think if railways are going to be recorded, they should "railroad" rather than "walking trail",...

Re: What's wrong with the Petrol Prices feature in the Clien

Re: The (County) Suffix
Given the general support for this, I propose the following new wording for the Wiki (at the bottom): > http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_label_cities_%28United_Kingdom%29#New_Naming_Guidelines_-_DRAFT I would suggest that the largest place in the UK with any given name should have no suffi...

Re: Unlock request: Aldershot, Hants, United Kingdom
The gas station landmark will also suppress automatic traffic alerts. (For this reason, we need to ensure that these landmarks don't overlap the main roads).) Think you might like to make this point a little louder in your instructions for processing petrol stations. Some of mine did indeed overlap...

Unlock request: New Malden, London, United Kingdom
Another petrol station, it's the 'ramp' which needs unlocking so that the 'parking lots' can link up.

Re: Unlock request: Aldershot, Hants, United Kingdom
Done and done, though the first one on Ash Rd doesn't strictly need it as it should be obvious to drivers. If you do add one though, it won't do any harm. :) Thanks. Petrol station entrances are normally fairly obvious to drivers - the stations have a powerful incentive to make it so! ;) However, I...
