Slow to regain server on iPhone
Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but I haven't spotted it.... I run the Waze client on an iPhone 4, and my mobile telephone signal carrier is O2. I don't know whether this is a Waze issue or an iPhone issue or an O2 issue, but I suspect Waze has the problem.... When I pass through a pla...

Re: Toll Roads against Toll Bridges
Personally, if I tell my sat nav to avoid tolls, I would expect it to avoid all tolls, not just those within a certain price range. This is what I think other SatNavs do, so it would be reasonable for Waze to do the same. However, I think there is an opportunity here for Waze (or any other SatNav) ...

Re: World's most useless UR?
Is there any way to contact the author of a UR, to ask what the problem is? Sometimes "general error" is not sufficient information to make a fix!

Re: Adding Petrol Stations
Once all these stations are added, we can start putting in petrol prices (and probably diesel too). That will enable us to search for the cheapest stations locally. Except that my guess is that it won't, there aren't enough Wazer's around to keep all the prices up to date. What I think will happen i...

Re: Adding Petrol Stations
Passed a "Dragon" petrol station today. Anybody know whether this is a brand or an independent? (Not that I can record either at the moment, but if it is a brand, someone might like to ask Waze to add it to the list). https://world.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat=52.45373&lon=-4.01918&...

Re: Re: Adding Petrol Stations
My feeling at the moment is a) most drivers will be looking for specific brands, b) brands won't appear in search results Brand is a data item, so if that is what people want to search on, it would be "easy" for Waze to provide a facility to search by brand. And any search on the "br...

Re: Adding Petrol Stations
There is a website called PetrolPrices.com which already gathers petrol price information. Might it be a good idea for Waze to get together with PetrolPrices and see whether the prices on Waze could be updated from the PetrolPrices database? PetrolPrices has one great weakness at the moment, it can ...

Re: UK Toll Roads - Progress Tracking
You've missed the Eling Toll Bridge https://world.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat=50.9108&lon=-1.48161&layers=BFTFTTTTTTFTTTTTTTTTFT . And a rename of the "bridge" (actually a road along the top of a dam) to separate it from "Eling Hill" would be good. I do it myself, but...

Re: Travelling NW along A322 between M3 and Bracknell
Thanks, especially for the bit about pressing 'S' to see all the arrows - I'd not come across that before. And you were right, I had overlooked the red one. I've actioned your other suggestions too, although I'm not sure how much of the A322 should be called "Bracknell Rd". Can't see any s...

What to do with an "unknown street"?
Apologies if this has been dealt with elsewhere, but I haven't spotted it. Waze has numerous "unknown streets" which were presumably created by some sort of initial load of map data, since they don't appear to have been edited. Where they correspond to a real road, obviously they should be...
