Seems to me Waze turns a somewhat blinkered eye to cheaters, cheats and cheating generally. Maybe they are just collecting the evidence before they pounce on the cheater and banish him/her to the scrap yard crusher! I do thankfully appreciate and see some actions been taken in the latest release but...
