traffic is following at the posted speed limit

This is apparently quite the problem in South Carolina. How dare they go that slow?!

the train station entrance dummy

Apparently train stations now put dummies at their entrances and there appears to be a problem of some kind with this one.

Hey "waxed", your developers better get on that. Anyway, I bet this reporter is the same kind of person that reports a police "trap" every few hundred feet when driving behind a moving police car. I love driving and getting half a dozen police reports and choosing "not there", "not there", "not there"...

As with Dearborn, how did entire cities start becoming problems for us to fix?

Dearborn is a city of around 100k people, nearly half of whom are Arab Americans or Arab immigrants, both Christian and Muslim. Or maybe the user's problem involves Ford, which is headquartered there? In any case, anyone who can solve Dearborn using WME is welcome to solve Detroit's problems next.

Problem: Hirotoshi does not help
Problem: too many speed bumps on this road!
I suspect the latter was more a complaint about being routed down that road than about the actual bumps.

General error (user reported)
Problem: sometimes there is an unpainted area that clips the roads

I think that is called "nature".

The search for the street was obviously done via external search engines (as are most searches on Waze). This can cause confusion for people when the name Waze has for the street is different than or doesn't exist in the other search engines, they can't get Waze to route to a street by name that they can clearly see on the map.
