Help on notifying a road closure

Postby Archy-bald » Mon Mar 09, 2015 6:10 pm

Hi I am trying to notify a road closure that is currently live (on the Rainworth bypass in Nottinghamshire).

Unfortunately I was unable to report it when I was in the area (twice today) - as I did not have internet connection in the area.

I know these are ongoing roadworks and when I find out the duration will also update.

How do I report them now as I am literally 20 miles away now.

No one else seems to have reported them - simply because they probably have the same mobile internet problem.

Can I report the issue via this website?

They are ongoing roadworks until 15 March - unfortunately no matter how I try I am unable to report it in Waze

I can see that someone has now added a temporary road closure notice to the map

Question is how did you do that?

It needs extending both directions????

This varies a bit by country. It would be best to get local guidance on this subject in the UK forum: https://www.waze.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=55
