App Updating, but not Website

My Waze account on my phone will update and show score and what not, but my waze.com account doesn't show any data what so ever. Is there a function I need to turn on? I don't want to be stuck at level 1 for eternity for map editing.

There are at least two public threads about this already, in accordance with the Forum Rules please search before posting. Since this isn't an issue with Mentoring this post also doesn't belong here... Most of the "Dashboard" related discussions end up in the "App" Forum and occasionally the "Website" Forum.
