Each country will have different approach when it comes to creating Formal mentoring that fits best for their country.

We've created a draft "Creating Waze Formal Mentoring Program" document that can be used as a basis for starting up a formal mentoring program in your own country. We will have it translated as needed, but for now the link is here:
