Introducing myself

Hey everyone,

My name is Irad, username "MapSir",
I'm a Community Manager here at Waze HQ for multiple countries, Finland amongst them.
Also in charge of the Area managers and Self management systems and fields.
I recently started working towards improving our services and helping in growing the community in Finland, which I'm very excited about!
I'm looking forward to work with you and hear your ideas and suggestions on what we can do together and get to know each other better.

Could you contact admins of http://www.gps-waypoints.net/gps/?page=main&language=en
and check if it was possible to get all gas stations and other kinds of POIs imported to Waze from their API?

Hi Irad

Do you have any API integration to add gas station prices in batch? I have a customer that owns gas stations in Brazil and he wants to know it.

I already checked this issue that was brought to me by karihoo.
My answer to him was that at this point we prefer to have user generated data and help the community work together on the maps in Finland :)

We have plans to improve our POI and gas stations system so we currently don't merge out sourced data.

Is there any plan to use freely available Finnish map data with Waze?
This would help get Finnish maps in good shape. With Waze in Finland main problem
is that we have so few people/km^2 and lost of roads.

Hey!

Small issue, at least on my Samsung Galaxy 4 Mini:

Some texts in finnish language doesn't fit into dialog box. For example when Waze suggest: Are You going to "Home?" the last line of the question can't be seen on finnish language.
