If there's no response to this message, then I think it would be OK (for now) to realign the N52 to match the GPS tracks but to leave a map comment saying that a field trip is necessary to verify the junctions with the side roads (which might or might not still be simple T-junctions).

I think Arthur travels through Mullingar from time to time, so it might be worth asking him if he can take a slight detour next time he's up that way.
