No, don't hold your breath. It's been "very (very) nearly ready" for almost 3 years. :D

Bypasses do, by definition, go around towns and so are best left with no city. Reports on a bypass will say "near Town", which should be good enough to know where it is. (IMHO)

Not sure what the status of that problem is. There's a thread in the UK forum about it, but it's been quiet for a while.
