Fleet Street closure

Can somebody please put in a street closure for LUAS works on Fleet street (turning right from Westmoreland st). Here the excerpt from the roadwork data: 18/3/14: Closure of Fleet Street for six weeks approx

I don't think this is necessary because Fleet St is already (deliberately) set as a private road to prevent people from being routed onto it, because this right turn has always been (for a good while anyway) for buses and taxis only. The way it's set up now, Waze will only ever route people onto Fleet St if they're navigating onto a point on this segment of Fleet St and no further.
