WME Landmark Not Working

Post by arthurohara
If using all features in WME you will probably note "Landmark" is not working.

It is a temporary issue.

FYI, the beta editor for ROW has been updated with the new Places infrastructure. At this time, however, Places are still frozen even for beta testers. This freeze for testing is expected to be lifted in a few days.

Thanks Pip.

Unless anybody wants to go to the trouble of coming up with (and starting a discussion on) an Ireland-specific policy for mapping Places, I suggest we follow UK conventions (as we have done for many things, except road types and names) for Places, until and unless we decide to come up with any local conventions.

As with all map editing matters: in case of any doubt and/or confusion, let's discuss here on the forum. Since this is a new mapping feature, let's also be nice to each other until we all get used to it :)
