The URL code willl not display the image inline. It will only give a link to the image.

If you add
http://i.imgur.com/id7U10O.gif
To your signature, you will see
http://i.imgur.com/id7U10O.gif
You will not see an image of a flying pig

You may upload it to a service such as imgur.com. Example:

Just sent a test PM to ncc1701v. Let's see what happens. Maybe it's going in alphabetical order since AlanOfTheBerg got one the day of the upgrade.

I've gotten emails for PMs the whole time apparently without fail. I do NOT have any topics subscribed for notifications.

AlanOfTheBerg wrote:The forum still suffers from significant challenges related to posting attachments. Both native in the browser and from Tapatalk. Just try attaching two images in a single post and place them inline. Fails 100% of the time for me on one or both images.

I was just coming here to post that. At first I had issues leaving a blank description -- if it was blank it would fail 9/10 times. With a description added I was closer to 100% successful. But today even with a description I am only having luck half of the time.

It is obvious that others have issues as well since many posts have a filename inline with the text where there should be a screenshot.

They should have access to everything, right?

They probably don't need to be listed for permission reasons, but it may be good so people recognize the names when they do post something.

+1

I went to the Tapatalk problems thread first, read the whole of that, then came to this thread, read the whole of that, to find I'm not alone with getting the Captcha problem again.
