Got 'upgraded' and lost my account

Here is my issue, and I hope someone could help.
I've been using waze for around 2 years.
Recently got the 'king' status.
Yesterday I got a notification about infrastructure upgrade and that I need to restart the app.
After the restart my account was gone!!!
I couldnt login and when tried to create a new one with the same username - I succeeded, but all my pints, rank, and saved locations are gone! It is a totally new account.
Is there any way to restore?
