over 1500km driven and still 0 points

Hi there,

I have driven a lot with Waze and I really like this app.
Everything works perfectly, but no matter how many cupcakes, sweets I pick up, or how much I drive. My score stays at 0.

I tried reïnstalling the app and logged in again.
Now I don't get the message "Could not connect to server" anymore.
But still no points are awarded.

My profile shows: Rank, last updated: NaN.NaN.NaN, NaN:0NaN
Can my profile be fixed so I can get points?
have I lost the points, is there a possibility to get points for the driven miles achievements.

Still on my dashboard it shows no routes and only 1 point, but the app shows over 600 points now.
I will check if that will get more over time.
There are definitely "known issues" as all the status.waze.com updates show. Your routes are not processed yet which is specifically mentioned on the status site. Your profile wasn't "fixed" but slowly everyone's points and routes are being updated.

Hmmm, based on what I read I guess I assumed that this person was already looking at the right server since it was posted here already and that should have been the answer, and also the "Where's my points" global announcement in every forum is pretty easy to see, too.

Sounds like you are looking at the wrong server... The link in the first reply will point you in the right direction... Specifically, item 17...

Hi,

Thank you for your replies.
Waze said many times that I received points, so that was no problem.
The just were not beeing registered.
There were no known issues and it was going on for weeks now.
I think somebody has fixed my profile, because points are shown on the scoreboard now.

Still on my dashboard it shows no routes and only 1 point, but the app shows over 600 points now.
I will check if that will get more over time.
