I have kind of an unusual edge case but my desk overlooks a major intersection (peachtree/roswell/paces ferry) in atlanta so I'm able to see events (traffic, accidents, construction, police, etc) occurring across a pretty good radius from my desk. I would like to be able to report them throughout the day (work permitting) but can't figure out how to do this (report an event other than where it thinks I am) w/app or browser .

is there a way to do this? again, I realize this is probably an unusual use case but figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
