Suggestion - Car sharing.

I had an idea the other day, I noticed a couple of people in my area that seem to do the exact same commute as me each day. I would be cool if you could flag your self as "looking for carshare". This would reduce traffic and help the environment (not to mention personal savings).

This idea is on the Waze roadmap, but it will be quite some time before it can be implemented.

Is there any news about it?
Nope. They just got done releasing the "pick me up" feature for friends using facebook integration. If they decide to continue with this feature, it will likely be many months before it is released.

I saw. But I think car sharing is completely different feature because I don't know who and how many people does my same road; If I had them on facebook probably waze didn't help me with car sharing
