Profile on website not matching mobile phone.

I've got Waze installed on my Android (4.4) Nexus S phone but when I log into the Waze website using the same username and password My Dashboard is not displaying anything, for example.

Rank, last updated: 2.24.2012, 21:15 - 0 points - when I've reported over 10 events of the past 3 weeks and each one has given me 6 points, as well driving to and from work (over 22 miles each way) for over 3 weeks.

Your recent routes Last update: 6.15.2012 is displaying nothing, again despite the fact I've used Waze navigation to and from work for the past 3 weeks?

Typical, after looking through the forums and not finding an answer I decided to post the question above and then found what could be the answer!

It seems I should be using http://world.waze.com/dashboard and not the normal www.waze.com even thou the instructions say it should automatically re-direct me (which it doesn't) so the cause of the issue seems to be the multiple server banks and the re-direct not working (I've check the geo-location of the public IP address with a number of sites and they all are correct in my location, Coventry. UK)

Thank you! Registered just to thank this post and to say that this should be publicized more proeminently on the main site - I'm new on Waze and it took me a google search to find this thread!
