Speed camera data base

Anyway to get the cameras location database around the world. I want overlay these positons on google maps

I would purchase this if that available. There are many websites which are selling there speed cameras database for yearly or monthley payment. But I liked the waze coz I tried it in my region and it works . But need the data base to use it offline.

It's very unlikely that Waze would make their own databases available for free to anyone that asks.
AFAIK it's definitely not available for download anywhere.
