I installed Waze while in Santiago, Chile but didn't use it as it requires a data connection.
Instead I used maps.me which worked brilliantly for our rental car without sat nav.
I am now back home in NZ however Waze still thinks I'm in Santiago.
Other than deleting and re-installing is there any way of changing the city being shown?

You can try to remove the app and then reinstall.

It usually asks on which server you want to connect. Choose "International" at the first startup.
