I've check the editions I made on the map, and my previous username (Mr-Txerra) has been renamed into ("PepeblueyesJR"). That's the change my friend made by mistake, but cannot access it anymore as he has his own waze account.

So, how can I recover an account under the given username whose email address is incorrect or missing, and password unknown? I suppose the Support Team might be able to overwrite those changes, and restore the previous email address.. right? I've tried pretty much every "solution" in the FAQs

I don't think you can merge 2 accounts.

I left my sesion logged in a friends phone as I had lost my phone during a trip, but when he tried to put his account back, he didn't log mine out first, and changed the username, pic and email address to his own. So those chamges happened in fact in my account. Thanks for your reply, i read the guidelines, and can't find a solution for my problem so far. Therefore, I'm hoping that someone that has been through this issue can tell me a way to fix it. At the same time i contacted waze support, so I will keep it updated to whatever solution they find towards this issue so it may help others in future.

You can only login if you remember your username (which you do) and password.

If you forgot about your password I hope you had setup your account with an e-mail because it would be needed to follow the steps here:
