Waze forum

Thanks! Let us know what you find out. It's been 4 days now since I created the group and it is still not visible.

How do you define 'vicinity'? There are users within 10-20 miles of me, and they are not able to see it. I myself am also not able to see it through the PC web interface.

I get no results when I search for it within the Waze app either.

It appears that https://www.waze.com/dashboard/groups/ is no longer. Might as well, since it wasn't really working. Hopefully a better (working) version will come online soon.

I've got the same problem. One of groups I have created show up without any problems, but another one is impossible to find.

I'm trying to connect to the group of a friend for some weeks now, the links https://www.waze.com/groups and https://www.waze.com/groups/about/ donesn't work anymore (error 404 or equivalent !) and I find no real help in the forums to get out of this amazing situation.

Question : does really waze want to maintain a group system closely linked to Facebook system as they have just been bought by Google ? (and as Facebook is one of the main opponent to the development of google+ ....) ?
2nd question : Is it still valuable for me to be an area manager for free for a company who deals in this way with a functionnality I liked to have ?

http://www.waze.com and http://world.waze.com does not seem to be synchronized.

Located in Sweden, I am connected to the international server (http://world.waze.com?), and if I join a nearby group on my phone, it will show under dashboard on http://world.waze.com. It will not show on the dashboard if I log on to http://www.waze.com. There are however groups that can not be found on either servers, but do exist so....hopefully someone are looking into this.

Those two server are separate covering North America and Rest of the World. You can read about it in the Wiki under Bank of Servers.

I don't know why you are not finding the other group on neither server though.

Can you provide more details? When did you create it? Can you see it but no one else? What is the group name? What phone do you have?

I think there is a bigger general problem. This is in FireFox. I see one of my groups
When I go to search for that group in FireFox, I see no such group.
When I go to Chrome, it fails to see that I am a member of any group, but the dashboard shows all my correct information, so the system knows who I am. When I search for groups it also fails to find "Waze test only".
