Can't log on to the main site

I cannot log on to the main site anymore for some reason.

The application works fine on my iPhone, but when I try to logon or recover my password with my username and e-mail that I get messages from waze support from it tells me 'no_such_user'

Login on the main page is case sensitive. Make sure you are using NCBob.

Ok, that worked.

Probably would be helpful if on the logon and the password recovery something is mentioned about the case sensitivity.
