I've sent in 3 separate support requests this week and have heard back on a grand total of none of them...

Has anyone heard back from them this week?

I sent a request directly to Shirli, and then a few hours later, sent an e-mail for her to disregard my first e-mail. She responded to the disregard.

I put in several requests through Nanorep about ghost roads, but haven't gotten any response.

I received 1 reply for ghost road and 2 for level 6 unlock earlier in the week from the standard support email. I still have a support ticket in for not being able to assign a Twitter account to a group w/o receiving "Internal Error", from the last week.

I guess they decided they needed a summer break too... so the odds are they're cruising some beach as we speak, ogling the attractive parts ( :mrgreen: ) of the population.

I'm still waiting on replies to emails from 2 weeks ago, so maybe I'm just being ignored. Emailed Shirli too, no reply.

Last week: 3 of 4 requests via nanorep solved within hours. Waiting for last one for 3 days now.

I'm not drunk, just using tapatalk.
