Is the ASR for activating secret moods the voice prompt in Navigate -> Speak Now? or is it within another section of the app? For Android, UK.

The HTC Media Link HD loads on a three finger swipe gesture, but I can't get the three finger tap to detect..

Is there a trick to it??
Not all phones can detect more then 2 fingers, but you need to touch the screen with all 3 fingers at the same time.

Do you have ASR enabled? (Voice control menu should be visible in your settings menu)

Have you tried again? The ##@asr instruction is a toggle so if it's already active that will disable it. From your description it sounds like that's what's happened.

Are you in North America?

Have you enabled it in settings? "Settings" > "Voice Commands"

Oh I got that to work, using that phrase, the other phrase and one other method. But in terms of daily use I find asr is tedious

Thank you for the help.

So I'm looking in preferences in the Waze directory on the SD Card now, but I can't spot the option yet. Do you know what the line is I'm looking for please? or what I should add to the file?

Cheers.

Edit: Ah brilliant crazycaveman, I just realised that you meant literally use Navigate to that string. The app is just restarting to enable the feature now. Thank you! :)

The process:

I selected Navigate, typed in ##@asr and hit enter
Restarted Waze when prompted
Selected Settings, then Voice Commands, and clicked Enable
Then back on the map screen I swiped the screen for the voice prompt to appear
I said the secret word and it asked me to say OK (albeit that wasn't obvious)
I said OK and Waze told me I was now a Monster :D

Sorted! Cheers!!! :D

At every noise or touch ASR opens the voice prompt now though, seeming a bit eager ;)

It is typed within the preferences file in the Waze directory (on the SD Card, or internal memory), and fits the clue and long letter count they gave us. Its not too hard to find and if anyone did give the answer the post would be removed, so hopefully you'll spot it :)
