I just tried to login to the web version to see my points etc. but it wouldn't accept my ID and password. I got my password reset but was told my id started with a lowercase s not an uppercase one so my points and miles are zero. My android version is perfectly OK with the uppercase S.

What's going on with this?

I am a beta tester so I don't know if this has an impact or if there is a different international ID (I should use this not the US one). Confused.
