Waze forum

Hi, I have edited so many these couple of days however I didn't get any candy appearing on my iphone when I turn on the WAZE nor my points updated properly.

Anyone else having the same issue?

That announcement is only for US/Canada Server....

+1. As you say, nearly all of the posts have been specific to the NA servers.

I'm pretty sure the points in ROTW (or at least the UK) haven't updated since Saturday. I know that the weekly state scoreboard for the UK hasn't changed since Sunday (apart from the last week's top 3) because I printed it out.

I have seen one increment to the score on My Dashboard (Sunday night, I think). My scores on the WME screen, on the "Me" section of the scoreboard and in the state/weekly list have not changed and are currently about 2,500 behind My Dashboard.

However, I am still getting candies for editing. I think this may be generated "live" rather than overnight: I normally get them during my drive to work in the morning, but after I did some evening editing yesterday, I got another one on my drive home.

"First report of a map problem" isn't working and hasn't been as long as I've been using Waze - nearly 4 months.

I have exactly the same problem as hurja.

Same issue for me since today...

Same problem here. The client on iOS shows points, the dashboard on world.waze.com however does not. Moreover the latest drives are not shown. How fast should this happen?

Hi everyone,

You can check our Status page for updates like this one.

It states that:
"There's a slight delay in points update in the INTL server.
Points are currently updated as of October 14.
The points should be updated again tomorrow."

We're currently running the update so feel free to check the status page and see when it's done.

I'm logging in on international server (Latvia) and my dashboard is empty, no points, no routes and no private information! Where's the problem?
