For Brazil, I am not sure what source is used for the house numbers. It could be Waze directly. If so, then you cannot fix address issues until the next editor is released, which could be in the next 2-3 weeks.

The Waze map editor does indeed work fine in Chrome, and is reported not to work in ie.
Are you on the correct server?
