You have to grant acces via facebook configuration ...

I am having this problem, and waze is NOT blocked in my FB privacy settings.

Hello I was facing the same issue after changed my facebook password and move back to IOS. To solve I did it:
- removed waze from facebook (configurations - applications)
- removed waze and facebook from my iphone
- removed my facebbok account from Configuration -> facebook
Reinstalled everything, logged firstly into facebook. When I was looging back to waze I select "already a user", it requested to connect to facebook again and now it's working fine!!!
