Hi Wazers,

Is there a Checklist of actions to be performed by an Area Manager ? It would help, all Area Managers, to track their areas well. If there is none as yet, I would request points from all of you to build one.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but this could be a start. It's not exactly a checklist but it's a good list of tasks.
