'My Drives' was shortened to 'Drives' in new WME, and the tab is only accessible from the WME editor. You must log in with the same username & password you use for the Waze client to access the drives.

Also ensure that you use a supported browser like Safari, Chrome or Firefox. IE requires a plugin, but I would not recommend using it.
