Navigation Search

guys sorry im a bit lost. been using waze for quite sometime and its only now that ive encountered this problem. i cant seem to access the "search engine" option. it only gives me "contact results."

hope someone can help me with this.

Are you searching by address or by a business name or point of interest name search? What country are you in? What happens when you select other search providers besides contacts? (They are all lined up on the bottom.)

This is also what's happening to me. When i search, only contact results appear. The maps are not shown below. Im from the Philippines. My friends are also experiencing the same thing.

Tried searching by address and by business name, both showing contact results only No other search engine appears below.

It's ok now. I uninstalled it and then installed it again. Thanks!

It happened to me also, only available search engine is the contact list, gone are the other search engines, i already uninstalled and install, first it worked, but when i log in to my account its gone again im using iphone on the latest ios. need help.

Hello, just started using waze a month ago. at first i was really impressed with app.
but later on, i experienced the same issue search engine. giving the contact list as well.
may i know if this has been addressed or corrected already? thanks!
