Waze forum

Hi!

I've been using Waze for about a month now and I turn it on every time I drive. It even knows I'm going to work in the morning now! However, I have driven 3 times, 4 times, 5 times a week, and I have never gotten my road candy for those achievements. I want to move up the ranks legitimately, and I want my points! Anyone know how to resolve this? You clearly can't email Waze lol, I just spent an hour looking for a support email address!

Type a question at www.waze.com/support. Read the results then choose the email question if it's still not clear.

And then...

Just like the OP, there is no button or link for me to send email to Waze. Did something get removed recently?

I can ask a question at the Quick Help screen ("How to Lock my State").
A response comes back ("To lock your home state please send us your User name and the state.").

But there is no way to send my information to Waze. There is no email button anywhere on their site, that I can find...
