Drives not showing and another question :)

Ello All 
2 questions.
I've been signed up and using Waze for about 2 weeks, after driving for a few days my 'Drives' showed up on the dashboard for about an hour or so before dissapearing. Now, after 2 weeks of using the app almost daily nothing is showing up.. i'm logged in under the same username etc... I don't get why?
Also: In my car, if I hook it up to bluetooth and stream my music through the stereo (Ford Fiesta 2011 UK) and it set to aux.. the music plays, when the directions come up it turns the music down to tell me etc.. all fine.
When I change away from 'aux' to say Radio, it still interupts but shows as a Phone call that is interupting and giving me the directions.. I wondered if this is using my minutes on my phone to tell me or if that's just the way my stereo handles it? Hope that makes sense.
