Your question is regarding your android app. Not a forum issue.
Please pay attention the next time.
-> I'd recommend to delete the app and all the folders from your phone and reload it from the playstore.

I'm sorry if this doesn't apply here...

I'm still having problem with my forum inbox. It constantly shows that I have 1 new message. All messages are read.
I cleared cache, bookmarks, cookies etc.

Any ideas?

The fact that Username is case sensitive is ridiculous. I need to come here about once every three weeks and get a new password every time before I see that you require a case sensitive user name.

I have subscribed to this thread 2 days back. At the bottom it shows I'm subscribed to it. Today when I checked at the bottom, it shows not subscribed.

I'm going to try and un-subscribe all and re-subscribe to see whether this can be resolved.

Sadly you can not find out anymore, which are the threads with lost subscription.
You are so right. I just checked all my subscriptions are gone. Some one mentioned in this thread that the subscription will be off when someone replies to the thread.

Is anything being done to rectify it? I can't be checking one by one for new postings. It will really be wasting everyone's time.

I have PM Shirli and she has replied that they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. Hopefully they work on it fast.
