Well +1 here. Thought it was just the email notifications failing but if its true it was a subscription reset I'll be worried :(

Update: funny thing, this time I'm getting the PM notifications (usually the ones failing) but zero forum post subscription notifications. And in my case I've checked some forums and it still tells me I'm subscribed.

I have *a lot* of forums subscribed, so when the notifications stop, it means the emails are really lost.

Last forum notification: 2013/06/23 14:54:05

Last PM notification: 2013/06/24 12:48:58 (and 8am and two at 23's 23h30)

Yup. Can confirm the (apparent) loss of subscriptions.

A new issue -- since yesterday (23 June) the software has started unsubscribing me to some of the forums that I am subscribed to. In particular, "Official Announcements", "Waze Map Editor", and some others. This is not a Tapatalk issue; right now, I am logged in on the forums directly using a browser. I subscribed again to some of the forums listed above, and within minutes (during the same browsing session) I was no longer subscribed to them.

With my primary account (teto9001), 3+ years old, I can't login in the forums (plus other editing issues I'll discuss in the right thread).
I get this error:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Duplicate entry 'teto9001' for key 'username_clean' [1062]
