I am still seeing this problem, although the first line is unset for either yes or no and only the second line is set to no.

You have to subscribe to the correct TT forum listing for Waze. There is only one listing now in the TT search. This changed a month or so ago and was posted in this thread or in another where we were discussing it.

When did notifications stop working altogether? After accessing them in tt I must login again?!?!

Btw, browsing the forum in tt is not possible.
After loading the page it goes back to the home screen.

Or, not loading more than a first few (tens of) threads, even after multiple reload attempts, is another effective way to hide the majority of them.

Correct.
When panning the list of topics, after loading new topics, the last or last two are double.

I can mention at least repeated groups of identical messages being sometimes listed in a subforum.
