No Waze Sounds - but wait translucent tool bar!

Hey All Wazers,
No sound from Waze for a few days. Checked all the setting on Waze and iPhone. Both set accordingly to Waze. Notice today when arriving at final destination, a translucent tool bar appeared at the top of Waze with a speaker icon with a slash through it. Unslashed it and wholla sound is back. Where in the heck is the option for the translucent tool bar to appear?

Mute is in the main menu all the time. The bar is the Destination Bar which appears as you near your destination.
Tapatalk made me do it.

Thanks! I nearly broke my phone thinking the software was busted. I couldn't hear anything and kept trying to turn off VPN, put sound on max volume, etc. Saved the day!

Mute in main menu is in top left corner (just left from Menu title)
