Reset to 0 why???

My phone lost power and now my waze dashboard is reset to zero even after I logged on. How do I get them back?

If you are talking about on the website, make sure you are looking at the correct
Server.
If you are talking about in the app, did you have to reinstall Waze? If so, give it a day or two.

As long s you use the same account your points would not be lost. For some phones it might take a while to resynch the details.
The scoreboard is technically speaking Web based, so should reflect the correct Score if you restart Waze again.
I'm not aware of any major issues with the scoreboard currently.
