SIM Cards Swapping :)

Hey there, fellow Wazers 
I have an idea about swapping prepaid SIM cards between the Local Communities from two neighbor countries. Why? Because it's hell lot easier to just replace the damn SIM just after entering another country, than looking for a proper SIM card on the gas stations, not knowing which of them is good (speaking of data, signal reception, prices, etc).
The basic idea is that Wazers from cities around the borders swap, for example 10 SIM cards with their neighbor Wazers.
For example, Hungarian Wazers from Szeged get 10 Serbian SIMs, and Wazers from Subotica get Hungarian SIMs.
