On the phone client or on Cartouche (web editor)?

You were sent to the remote address because the address you typed in was in a categorized range for that street, but no specific GPS coordinates/location was specified. Open cartouche, enable the house numbers layer, click where your address is on your street and click Update House Number, enter your information and then wait 1-5 days for the update to take affect.

If you wish to add the address from your phone's client, you will need to step outside to the approximate location of your address and use the Update Details - Add a house number function. It can be found under the Report function.
